Corporate Taxi Software for Employee Transport
Manage employee and corporate trips with GSTIN invoices, payment links, reports and Excel history import, without per-booking charges.
The pickup list for tomorrow is ready, but today's corporate invoices are still waiting in a spreadsheet. One client needs a GSTIN on its bill, another asks which driver handled a route, and the accounts team wants to know what remains unpaid. Corporate taxi software can tie trip records, invoices and collections to the same operational workflow.
Keep employee and client trips traceable
Easy Trip Booking is for corporate transport operators managing employee pick-up and drop as well as other corporate trips. The central booking portal keeps enquiries, bookings and vehicle assignments in one place. Staff can work from the booking record when confirming a trip or checking its assigned vehicle, rather than rebuilding the details from a call history.
For employee transport, accurate pickup information matters more than a polished report. The booking needs the agreed location, timing and customer contact, and staff must keep it current when an arrangement changes. Easy Trip Booking records and manages bookings; it does not provide a shift roster or service-level agreement management. Operators that need those controls should keep that requirement separate when evaluating the workflow.
Invoices ready to send
When a trip is marked complete, automated invoice generation creates a GST-compliant invoice with its tax breakup and customer GSTIN where provided. Invoices carry the operator's business name, logo and contact, and are downloadable as PDFs for sharing by WhatsApp or email. Invoice generation is available on all plans.
That can replace a manual step after each completed trip, but the source information still needs care. Staff should enter the correct customer and billing details, including the GSTIN supplied by the client. For questions about the applicable tax treatment, the operator should check with a chartered accountant rather than treating a generated PDF as tax advice.
The GST invoice guide for taxi operators covers the information that belongs in this process. In practice, an accounts contact needs an invoice that identifies the trip and the correct client details. A booking record gives staff a place to check those details before sending the document.
Collection follows the booking
Online Payments on Standard and Premium let staff send payment links through WhatsApp. Clients can pay by UPI, card or net banking, and the outstanding balance updates automatically. This gives the office a payment status tied to the booking instead of a figure maintained only in a separate register.
For corporate accounts, payment cycles can stretch. Customers report that payment links reduce collection time from the typical 30 to 45 days to under a week. That is a reported outcome, not a guaranteed timeline: each client's approval process and agreed payment terms still affect when money arrives. The link provides a payment route; it does not replace a written agreement about credit or due dates.
WhatsApp Notifications on Standard and Premium can send automated booking and driver messages. The day-before driver details give the client a clear update ahead of the trip. Operators should confirm the recipient's contact details and use the right client communication channel, particularly when transport is arranged through a company rather than an individual passenger.
Reports that answer operational questions
Business reports and dashboards are available on all plans. They include revenue, trip counts, driver performance and top routes, with monthly and date-range views. These reports can help staff review activity for a period or see which routes and drivers appear in the recorded trip data. They are operational reports, not a promise of a custom client statement or consolidated monthly bill.
If historic bookings sit in Excel, Excel Import is also available on all plans. It reads column headers without requiring a fixed template and can create booking records, with optional account and invoice records. Before importing, review the spreadsheet for duplicate rows and inconsistent client names. The corporate taxi account guide discusses rates, records and payment terms; import helps bring historical information into the booking system, but does not clean up a business's underlying account policy.
Select by work, not booking volume
Easy Trip Booking has no per-booking charge. Basic includes the portal, invoices, reports and Excel Import. Standard adds online payments and WhatsApp Notifications, while Premium adds the Driver App, admin app and live vehicle tracking. Plan prices in ₹ are on the pricing page.
A transport business with fixed client terms and a small volume of manually invoiced trips may be comfortable with its current process. When bookings, billing identities and payment follow-up are spread across staff, a shared trip record can reduce the need to reconstruct what happened. The useful comparison is the current work involved in confirming, invoicing and following up each trip, alongside the plan features the office will actually use.
