Basic is for the operator whose real problem is paperwork. Bookings live in WhatsApp chats and a spreadsheet, invoices are typed by hand, and nobody is quite sure which vehicle is free on Friday. It covers the central booking portal, automatic invoices with your own branding, reports, Excel import, and SMS and email notifications.
Standardis where the software starts talking to customers. Payment links go out over WhatsApp, so the advance on an outstation trip is collected before the car leaves. Booking confirmations, driver details and receipts are sent automatically, and customers get the rider app. Operators who spend their mornings chasing advances and answering “has a driver been assigned?” usually start here.
Premium adds the driver app, the admin app, live vehicle tracking, the AI Trip Planner and AI Support Staff. Tracking and the driver app start to matter when you can no longer know where every car is by phone. The AI agents matter when a customer messages at 11 pm and expects an answer. Live tracking is a Premium feature only.
Fleet size is a rough guide, not a rule. Basic suits roughly 5 to 15 vehicles, Standard 15 to 30, and Premium 30 or more, but nothing stops a ten-vehicle operator from taking Premium. Paying yearly
Annual billing costs ₹19,500, ₹33,000 and ₹54,000 for Basic, Standard and Premium. That is 7%, 8% and 10% off the monthly rate, so the bigger the plan, the bigger the saving. If you are lining up a cab management software price against other options, compare the yearly figure and not only the monthly one. Both are listed above, and the toggle switches the cards between them.
Payment gateway fees are separate from the subscription. Online payments on Standard and Premium run through Cashfree. UPI collection carries no merchant fee, while cards, wallets and net banking are charged per successful transaction by the gateway. Easy Trip Booking does not add anything on top.
