Managing Your Taxi Fleet in Excel: When It Stops Working and What to Do Next
Most cab operators start with Excel and a WhatsApp group. Here is exactly where that setup breaks down, what the transition to fleet management software actually looks like, and when it makes financial sense.
A notebook or a WhatsApp group for bookings. A spreadsheet for tracking trips and payments. A folder of Word invoices or a printed receipt book. It works when you have five or six vehicles and a small team who all know each other.
